Station 2: The Adjustable Dual Cable Column supports functional training and mimics everyday or sports-specific movements. It provides resistance from any angle and height, whether standing or using a stability ball. Static handles mounted to the frame offer added stability for leg exercises.
Station 3: The Row/Press Arm allows for safe, machine-style exercises like Bench Press, Incline Press, Shoulder Press, and Seated Rows. The self-aligning Leg Extension/Leg Curl station offers seated leg extensions and standing leg curls. A Mid Pulley is included for Ab Crunches and Triceps Extensions.
